Mid-week:  $150.00 per night (single-double)

Weekends:  $185.00 per night (single-double; two-night minimum)

Special Events:  $205.00* per night (single-double; two-night minimum)

Additional guests: $25.00 each

*Special Events include Aggie Football Games; Graduation; Parent's Weekend; and major A&M or Bush Library functions.

Deposit and Refund Policy:

A booking deposit equal to 30% of total is due when reservation is made.

A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a reservation is cancelled prior to ten days before the arrival date.  If a reservation is cancelled ten or less days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first nights lodging will be charged.
